Standard Products
We offer a refund on products returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in new, resalable condition and in its original packaging.
Custom Cut Fabric
• Orders under 5 yards are cut specifically for your order and are not eligible for return or refund.
• Orders of 5 yards or more may be returned, but must be unused and in original condition.
BlockBlueLight BR30 Bulbs
BlockBlueLight BR30 bulbs carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty. We do not offer refunds on these bulbs, but we will provide a free replacement if a bulb fails within 1 year under typical use. To request a replacement, please email us a short video showing the issue.
This warranty does not apply if the bulb was used on a dimmable circuit. Unused bulbs can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days or purchase for refund or exchange.
Cemprotec 33 Meters
The Cemprotec 33 meter carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Please contact us at info@theshieldingshop.com for any questions concerning the use of your meter.
Sauna Space Products
Sauna Space products are not sold directly through our site — the link on our site directs you to Sauna Space’s own website. Any purchases, returns, and refunds for these products are handled directly by Sauna Space under their own policies, which include a 100-day home trial on their handcrafted products.
To Start a Return
Email us at info@theshieldingshop.com with your order number to request a return label before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on items returned due to change of mind or personal preference. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover return shipping. Return shipping costs are otherwise at The Shielding Shop’s discretion.
Restocking Fee
If a returned item is not received in its original condition — including damaged or missing original packaging — The Shielding Shop reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or deduct the cost of repackaging from the refund amount, at our discretion.
